J. Z. NELSON IS INJURED IN AUTOMOBILE MISHAP

MOUNT VERNON, May 19.--Quite a sensation was caused about Mount Vernon late yesterday afternoon when the news that J. Z. Nelson, chairman of the board of county comissioners and prominent politician of this city, had been seriously injured in an automobile accident. Although badly shaken up, with deep cuts on his chin and painful bruises on his limbs and head. Mr. Nelson's condition is not pronounced dangerous by the physicians.
Mr. Nelson was returning to Mount Vernon after inspecting the Clear Lake road when the accident happened.
