10 Persons Hurt In Austin Accident
AUSTIN, Texas, June 8 (AP).---At least ten persons were injured, three of them seriously, Sunday at noon in a collision of two automobiles at the intersection of the Bastrop and Lockhart highways sixteen miles south of here.
Those seriously injured were:
JERRY MCDONALD, 6 of Austin, fractured skull;
CLIFFORD MARTIN, Lytton Springs, both arms broken;
ALVIN HENDERSON, Austin, fractured pelvis.
Others injured included:
MRS. JIM RAGLAND, Austin; PETE MARTIN, Austin; ALTON GRIM, San Antonio; SHIRLEY SCHWEITZER, San Antonio, MISS DESYREE FLURENCE, San Antonio; BERNARD GRIM, San Antonio; and MRS. HENDERSON.
Saturday night five Austin 'teenage boys and girls were injured, one of them seriously, when their car crashed into a lamp pole in the Austin residential section.
BARBARA JEAN ROBBINS, 14, suffered a fractured collar bone and other injuries.
