FOUR KILLED IN ROOF COLLAPSE.

DOZEN OTHERS HURT IN ACCIDENT AT KINGSPORT, TENN. BUILDING.

Kingsport, Tenn., Feb. 18. -- Four persons are dead and a dozen others are suffering today from injuries resulting from the collapse of a concrete and steel roof of an automobile sales building in Kingsport.
Kingsport Police Chief Charles J. Still identified the dead as:
WILLIAM H. WALLEN, of Route 2, Gate City, Va.
ALFRED ROBERTS, Fall Branch, Tenn.
FLOYD W. TIPTON, Maryville, Tenn.
WILLIAM H. DAUGHERTY, Kingsport, Tenn.
Two of those injured, ROBERT E. ALLIS, Kingsport and JAMES PRUITT, Kingsport, were said to be in a critical condition.
Among the ten others injured was TOM BRAGG YANCEY, JR., owner, who said he was on the roof when it collapsed.
One of the less seriously injured workers said all of those killed and most seriously injured were working under the roof when it collapsed. He added that he was on top of the arched steel girders, which had been erected above the brick sidewalls of the building, when the accident occurred.
