HEAD-ON CAR CRASH KILLS THREE NEAR UNIONTOWN.

Uniontown, Pa. - (AP) - A head-on automobile crash killed two men and a girl and seriously injured a third man today on Route 51 at Perryopolis, 10 miles north of Uniontown.
EILEEN JOANN SMITH, 18, of Dunbar R.D. 1, died at Uniontown Hospital of neck and skull fractures and other injuries.
The two men were dead when other motorists reached the scene of the accident.
One of them, RICHARD FOWLER, about 20, of Smithfield R.D., was operating the car in which MISS SMITH was riding.
The other was WILLIAM KENNEDY of Uniontown R.D., one of two men occupying the second car involved in the crash. They were returning from work at Banning No. 3 coal mine when the mishap occurred.
The other man, EDWARD LYONS, 33, married, of Box 114, Lemond Furnace, near Uniontown, was in Uniontown Hospital with multiple lacerations of the face, a fractured right knee and possible internal injuries. His condition was reported satisfactory.
