Man Killed by Train At Meyersdale

MEYERSDALE, June 5--Leonard Pugh, 50, of Summit township was killed instantly Thursday night when struck by a Baltimore & Ohio train near the Broadway street crossing here. The body was discovered Friday morning by members of a passenger crew. The body was badly mangled and Coroner W. J. Logue described death as accidental.
Pugh, a native of Greensburg, is survived by his mother, Mrs. Mary Keenan Pugh, six sisters and one brother.
The funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon at the home of a sister, Mrs. Nannie Staub, here. Burial will be made in Union Cemetery.
