Drowned in the Allegheny.
PITTSBURG, Pa., June 6.---Mr. and Mrs. George Dallas of Haysville, Pa., accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. J. S. St. Clair of Allegheny today to go by river to Haysville. The river current was swift, and before Dallas could gain control of the craft it came in contact with a barge and was overturned. The party were quickly drawn beneath the barge. Mr. and Mrs. St. Clair were rescued with difficulty. Mr. and Mrs. Dallas were drowned.
