Guests of Big New Hampshire Hotel Lose All Their Belongings.

EAST JAFFREY, N. H., June 19.---Shattuck's Inn, a large Summer hotel, was burned late this afternoon and a score of guests lost all their clothing and valuables. The loss on the hotel and furnishings is $60,000.

The fire started in a woodshed and the high wind swept in toward the hotel, which was soon in flames. A few articles of furniture on the first floor were saved, but all the property in the guests were away from the house at the time. Shattuck's Inn was located one mile west of Jaffrey Centre, not far from Mount Monadnock. Edmund Shattuck, the proprietor, had recently added a wing to the house at a cost of $20,000.
