St. Louis, April 23 - A collision occurred at about 1 o'clock, near Jefferson Barrack, on the Iron Mountain railroad, between a construction train and a special train which was conveying a portion of the board of health to Quarantine, by which DR. KLIEN, clerk of the board of health; JNO. SIMONDS, treasurer of the R.R. Co. and formerly a member of the firm of Lucas & Simonds, bankers; GEO. PILCHER, brakeman, and a boy named JAS. MURRY were killed.
