Operator of Machine Is Saved by Falling on Others'

QUINCY, Mass., June 18. - In an aeroplane [sic] accident here today George A. Hresey of this city, a mechanician, [sic] was killed and William D. Ely of Providence, R. I., who was receiving instruction in flight from HARRY M. JONES, the operator of the machine, sustained injuries from which he died on the way to the hospital. Jones probably escaped serious injury by falling on the bodies of the others.

Fell One Hundred Feet
The machine, a biplane, had ascended from the Squantum aviation field to a height of 100 feet when it fell. Observers expressed the belief that one of the passengers interfered with Jones' operation of the levers.

Boudreau Genealogy

If your Boudreau family comes from Nova Scotia, I have information, although my computer
files are a mess. Maybe you can kick my bum to get me to finish fixing them! I am also directly descended from the Boudreau line.
