GEORGIA CAR ACCIDENT TOLL REACHES SEVEN.

Newnan, Ga. (AP) - MICHAEL WARNER RING, 15, died in a hospital today, bringing to seven the toll in a two-car crash near Moreland, Ga., Saturday.
The accident wiped out the family of RICHARD WARNER RING, 57, of Miami, former member of President Eisenhower's committee on traffic safety. RING and his wife were killed and another son, JOHN, 17, died a few hours later in a hospital.
The other three victims were:
HOWARD A. McNEIL, JR., 34, of Newnan;
MARCUS DICK JENNINGS, 27, of Newnan;
and HIRAM W. JENNINGS, 30, of Asheboro, N.C.
