Drowned in a Pool.

Iron Belt, Wis., July 8.---{Special.}---During the heavy thunder showers here Friday evening Jack Talpakka, a Finlander, while under the influence of liquor fell from the sidewalk while attempting to go into his boarding house and was drowned in a pool of water. He was a single man and an iron miner. Justice Palmer and a jury rendered a verdict this morning of accidental drowning.

Water stood half a foot on the level and houses were filled with water after the rainstorm subsided.
