5 KILLED IN TRAGIC UTAH ACCIDENTS OVER WEEKEND.

Two separate Utah traffic accidents Sunday claimed the lives of a Croydon, Utah mother and her two children, a Grand Island, Neb., truck driver, and a Salt Lake City man.
The victims were:
MRS. SALLY THURSTON RUST, 21;
her two children, MARIE, 2, and MAX, 18 months;
FAYE SEGROVES, 44, Grand Island;
and GUADALUPE RODRIGUEZ, JR., 17, Salt Lake City.
The three members of the RUST family from Morgan County were killed when their pickup truck skidded into the path of SEGROVES' semi-trailer truck which was carrying a heavy load of hogs. The mishap occurred on U.S. Highway 30 about five miles east of Morgan.
Injured in the mishap were FLOYD P. RUST, 25, Croydon, driver of the pickup and husband of the dead woman, and JERALD PAYNE, 22, also of Grand Island, relief driver of the semi-trailer truck.
A car-train collision on South Redwood Road in Salt Lake City claimed the life of RODRIGUEZ, a Korean War veteran, who died three and one-half hours later in a Salt Lake City Hospital.
