Ambulance Answering Call Figures in Fatal Collision
An ambulance answering a call from an automobile wreck itself figured in a collision with killed a man and injured another Sunday at Bryan and Pearl streets in the business district. John C. Strickland, 56, of 4214 Ross avenue, was killed; P. H. Bennett of 3505 Cornell avenue was injured. The car in which Strickland and Bennett were riding and the ambulance [were] both badly wrecked in the collision.
