Fort Worth, TX Street Car - Auto Wreck, May 1908

A street car crashing into an automobile owned by J. H. Greer, Monday afternoon, struck one of the rear wheels of the machine, breaking every spoke and tearing the rim from the axle.

The accident occurred at Houston and Third streets. The automobile driven by an employe[sic] of a local garage, was going west on Third street and the car, in running south, struck the machine before it could clear the tracks. The force of the collision turned the automobile, which is of the light runabout type, almost entirely around, the machine heading for the curb ten feet away where the force of a collision there checked it.
