Two Negro Boys Drown.

WACO, Texas, June 16,---Two small negro boys, Terry Richardson and Isaac Washington, 13 and 11 years old, respectively, were drowned in about fifteen feet of water near the pier of the Cotton Belt bridge across the Brazos River here Monday afternoon. The boys were in swimming when they lost their lives. This marks the third death by drowning in and near Waco within the last two days.
