LABORER STRUCK BY TRAIN
Badly Injured While Walking Along Sunset Track

Orange, Tex., April 23. -- Thomas Miller, a labor belonging to a section gang working a few miles this side of Beaumont, was walking along the track of the Southern Pacific at an early hour this morning when a train struck him. He was thrown several feet from the track, his thigh bone was broken and he was bruised up badly, especially about the head and face. The eastbound passenger train that reached here at 6:44 a.m., brought him to this place, where he had prompt medical attention, and he was sent to the company's hospital at Houston.
