AVIATOR FALLS 600 FEET; KILLED; CADET IS INJURIED

Wichita Falls, TX, April 1 (by A.P.) - Second Lieut. BYRON JACKSON, JR., of the American aviation service, was instantly killed at Call Field about 4:30 p.m. to-day, when the machine in which he was flying crashed to earth out of control from a distance of 600 feet. A cadet who was with Lieut. JACKSON was slightly injured. Lieut. JACKSON's home was San Francisco.
