Several Are Hurt At Cisco
Several Persons Injured.

Cisco, Tex., May 21.-A heavy rain, hail and windstorm visited the southwestern part of this country last night. The little town of Nimrod, fourteen miles from here, was almost wiped from the earth. The Odd Fellows hall, a new structure, with its furnishings, was a complete loss. The home of Elbert Free was blown away and Mrs. Free was seriously injured. The homes of James Munn, Charles Yearger, Joseph Davidson and James Cox were completely destroyed. During the wind the rail and hail fell in torrents. The Texas Central Railroad sustained quite a loss near Carbon, fifty feet of the track being washed away, and the northbound passenger train was derailed and has not arrived at this hour. A relief train was sent our from here this morning.
