Itasca Boy, Thrown From His Horse, Dies

Hillsboro, Texas. Nov. 7. – Randolph NATION, 8, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. NATION of Itasca, died in a Hillsboro sanitarium Monday afternoon as a result of injuries received when a horse he was riding near his home became frightened and ran away colliding with an automobile. The boy was thrown through the windshield of the car, the impact crushing his head and tearing out his right eye. The boy was brought to a sanitarium at Hillsboro, where efforts to save his life were unavailing.
