Engineer Killed

SAN ANTONIO, Aug 24. -- (UP) -- F. G. Phillips, 63, engineer for the Missouri Pacific railroad, was killed today when he slipped from the tender and fell beneath the wheels of a switch engine. The engine and several freight cars passed over his body before the train could be brought to a stop.
