SIX INJURED WHEN BUS RAMS TRUCK.

Fayetteville, Tenn. (UPI) -- Six persons were injured Sunday night when a Trailways bus ran into a broken down chicken truck about 1 1/2 miles north of here on U.S. 231.
State Trooper Teddy Boswell said the accident occurred when the driver of the chicken truck, HARVEY SIMPSON of Albertville, Ala., left his broken down truck on the highway and went to set off some flares.
The bus ran into the rear of the truck, according to Boswell.
Those injured who were taken to Lincoln County Hospital included:
OLIVER MEYERS, 55, of Langston, Ala.
MRS. SALLY WEAVER, 74, of Nashville.
MRS. ANNIE JONES, 62, of Riverview, Mich.
EDDIE POGUE, 16, of Fayetteville.
MRS. GLENDA PRESLEY, 23, of Nashville and her two-year-old daughter ANGELA.
Three other passengers on the bus were treated at the hospital and released, according to Boswell.
