FIRE AT KEYSTONE

Large Section of Black Hills Town Is Destroyed

Rapid City, S. D., May 25. - Half the business section of Keystone, twenty-five miles southwest of here, was destroyed by fire. The east side of Main street from Fountain hotel to the Shoemaker livery is a total loss. The Hay & Hoskins and Marble general stores are the biggest losers. The Victor variety store and F. F. Joy, livery, also were in the path of the flames.

There is no fire department at Keystone and the bucket brigade proved ineffective. The fire started in Bacon's hall. The origin is not known. It is estimated that the loss is $50,000.
