HEAD-ON CRASH KILLS 5.

ALL PERSONS IN TWO CARS LOSE THEIR LIVES.

Greenville, S.C., Oct. 15 - (AP) - A head-on collision near here today killed all five persons in two cars. The dead included CHARLES PROFFITT, 21, son of a wealthy Greenville contractor.
The bodies of PROFFITT and two women were hurled onto the 5-lane highway.
The other victims included SAMUEL M. LAMB, 26, of Greenville; Airman 3c GEORGE WILLIAM THOMAS, of the Donaldson Air Force Base; and PEARL SHAW WILSON, of Williamston.
The fifth victim was tentatively identified as PATSIE PRICE, 30.
