Dies From Football Injuries.
Washington, Pa., Aug. 1.---WILLIAM H. DAVIS, aged twenty-one centre rush on the Grove City College football team, died here it is asserted, from injuries received in a game played last Thanksgiving Day.
DAVIS was severely kicked in the abdomen, and, after lilgering[sic] for months and apparently recovering the internal injury spread to his heart. DAVIS was prominent in all branches of college athletics and a star player on the Grove City team.
