Probing Big Four Wreck.

ANSONIA, Ohio, Dec. 29.---Railroad officials conducted an investigation here today to determine the cause of the wreck last night of eastbound passenger train No. 16, on the Big Four railroad, which caused the death of Engineer George Ruster, of Indianapolis and the injury of a number of passengers. The train is believed to have jumped a switch. It was a St. Louis-New York limited Ruster had been in the employ of the Big Four railroad 41 years.

TRAIN ON BIG FOUR IN A QUEER WRECK; ONE IS KILLED AND 8 INJURED.

ANSONIA, O., Dec. 28.---George Riester of Indianapolis, engineer, was killed, and eight persons were injured when east bound passenger train No. 16 on the Big Four railroad turned over near here tonight.

The train, a St. Louis to New York limited, left Indianapolis shortly after 3 o'clock. Wrecking and rescue crews were sent from Indianapolis at 7:30.

Several of the injured were removed to hospitals at Union City, Ind.
