MOHAWK VALLEY FIRE SNUFFS OUT LIVES OF SEVEN.

Rome, N.Y. - A fire that flashed through a two-story frame home in this Mohawk Valley city Sunday night snuffed out the lives of a family of seven, including five children.
The victims were:
ALEX SKIBITSKI, 47;
his wife, ANGELA, about 41;
and their children, BARBARA, 10; PETER, 8; SUZANNE, 7; DAVID, 5; and MARY ANN, about 3.
All apparently were asleep when the fire broke out.
Firemen said the blaze apparently started in the kitchen on the first floor of the home in the city's northwest section. The cause was not determined.
