Rutland Man Killed in Albany.
Harold Nichols, 33 years old, of Rutland city, an employee of the Boston & Albany Railroad, was accidentally killed Friday morning in the railroad yard at Albany, N. Y., according to information received from railroad officials. Although details could not be ascertained, it is accepted a position as brakeman by the Boston & Albany Railroad, was working with the switching crew in the yard when the accident occurred.
Mr. Nichols is well known in Rutland. For eight years he was employed as fireman by the Rutland railroad.
