Buffalo, NY Train Wreck, Aug 1884

KILLED IN A RAILROAD WRECK.

BUFFALO, N. Y., Aug. 12.---This morning a freight train on the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad ran off the track on a trestle near North Buffalo, killing the fireman, named Leonard. The engineer saved his life by jumping from the train while it was in motion. Several cars were badly wrecked.
