Little Girl Is Seriously Hurt By Automobile

Seriously injured yesterday afternoon by a car driven by Mrs. R. A. WHITESIDES, Josephine WRIGHT, a young girl, was taken to a local hospital, where it was found she was suffering from a broken collar bone and three broken ribs, one of which was over the heart, which is causing some trouble. As no internal injuries have yet been found it is believed she will recover.

The accident occurred at the corner of First street and Copper avenue, as Mrs. WHITESIDES attempted to make a turn into Copper avenue.

Latest reports were that the little girl is getting on very nicely.

Mrs. WHITESIDES has been cited to appear before Police judge MCCLELLAN this morning at 9 o’clock.
