TRAINOR SAVES A LIFE.

Pulls on Farmer Who Slips in Catching a Car.

While coming toward Omaha Wednesday morning County Commissioner Trainor saved a man's life at Twenty-fourth and Q streets, South Omaha.

Trainor was on the rear end of the car and and a farmer named John Martin of Lancaster county, endeavored to swing on after the car had started. He slipped and fell, holding to the rail. After he had been dragged several feet and was in imminent danger of a heavy fall, Trainor dragged him by sheer strength up to the platform.
