TRAINING PLANE CRASHES AT LINCOLN AIR FIELD.

Lincoln Army Air Field, -- (UP) -- Second Lieut. WARREN R. SCHRIVER, copilot, 23, son of Mrs. Olive Schriever, San Diego, Calif., and Second Lieut. ROBERT J. KARL, pilot, son of Oscar J. Karl, Glendale, Calif., were killed late yesterday when their plane crashed, field officials announced today.
The pilots were on a training flight when the crash occurred near Pleasant Dale, 12 miles southwest of Lincoln. A board of qualified air corps officers from the field has been appointed to investigate the accident.
Next of kin of both fliers have been notified.
