JAMES RATIGAN KILLED AT OMAHA

SOUTH OMAHA, Neb., March 13.--James Ratigan, 40 years of age, of Fort Worth, was killed in a street car collision here today. A score were injured.

James Ratigan was formerly advertising manager of the Crown Theater, and also of the Standard Theater here and is well known by many Fort Worth people. While in the city he lived at 1704 Jones street. He was a member of the Redmen and other lodges here. He has a sister living in East Front street.

ONE MAN KILLED

Street Car Collision at Omaha Injures Seven Persons

By Associated Press.

OMAHA, Neb., March 13.--In a collision at South Omaha between a north and southbound street car one man was killed and seven persons injured, six of whom are severely injured.

The dead:

UNKNOWN LABORER, aged about 40 years.

The seriously injured:

William Richt, South Omaha; will die.
Freda Hoffman Albright, aged 18; will probably die.
Joseph Rynkart, South Omaha.
Figa Anderson, aged 40; badly hurt.
Mrs. Mary Maloney, South Omaha.
Miss Cobler, South Omaha.
