GRAPPLING CREWS SEEK BODIES TWO FAIRFIELD FARMERS IN RESERVOIR.

Choteau, Jan. 17 - (UP) - Sherriff A. L. Peterson announced today grappling crews would attempt to raise an automobile from the bottom of Bynum Reservoir in hopes of recovering the bodies of SAM and TAIFIELD BECKER, Fairfield farmers.
The two men were presumed to have drowned Tuesday night when their car crashed through the ice on the reservoir. Their bodies were believed still in the car, submerged in 20 feet of water.
Peterson said the brothers had been fishing through the ice and apparently lost their direction in the dusk and turned toward the center of the reservoir and north into an open channel. A cap and billfold belonging to TAILFIELD were found floating on the water, he said.
