WOMAN KILLED AS BUS OVERTURNS AFTER COLLISION.

Nobleboro, Maine (AP) - A collision with two automobiles sent a Boston to Nova Scotia bus with 36 passengers
rolling down a 30-foot embankment off Route 1 here last night. A woman
was killed and seven other passengers
critically injured.
MRS. RACHEL WILBUR, 52, of Boston, died two hours after the crash at a hospital in Damariscotta.
Among the critically injured was the driver of the Trailways bus, EUGENE McNALLY, 38, of Hampden. Doctors said he suffered a crushed back and was paralyzed below the waist. His name was placed on the danger list.
The bus tore through a heavy guardrail, did a complete roll-over and landed on its wheels in a gully beside the highway. The roof was crushed and pierced toward the rear by a wooden fence post. The vehicle did not catch fire.
