FIVE NEGROES WERE KILLED.

MINE EXPLOSION AT STEARNS, KENTUCKY, WAS FATAL TO THE WORKING MEN.

Somerset, Ky., April 21. -- A mine explosion caused by the ignition of the dust at Stearns, thirty miles north of here last night, killed five negroes and fatally injured another.
The names of the killed and injured were not available.
