Railroad Fireman Killed

Stanton, KY - Sept. 7 - (Special) - THOMPSON HALL, a young married man and the only son of CAPT. GREEN U. HALL, of this place, was killed in a wreck on the Kentucky Union railway just west of Clay City this morning about 10 o'clock. He was firing on the engine when it, with seven freight cars, went down through a trestle that connects with the iron bridge which spans Red River. Engineer John Hanna was slightly injured.
