HEAD-ON COLLISION KILLS AT LEAST 5.

St. George, Ga. - At least five people died Monday in a head-on collision one mile north of the Georgia-Florida line, the Georgia State Patrol said.
Three others were taken to University Medical Center in Jacksonville, said State Patrol spokesman Pam Short. A 25-year-old female and an elderly female were in critical condition while a 9-year-old child was listed in serious condition.
The accident happened about 9 a.m. on state Route 121, south of St. George. Eight people were involved in the two-vehicle collision, Short said.
The names and ages were not available for release.
