Callahan, FL Auto Crashes Into Truck, Feb 1959

COLUMBUS MARINE KILLED IN CRASH.

Callahan, Fla. (UPI) - JOHN A. BARLOW, 22, Columbus, Ind., a Marine attached to the 2nd Amphibian Tractor Battalion at Camp Lejeune, N.C., was among five persons killed near here Monday when a car crashed into a truck and caught fire.
BARLOW apparently was hitch-hiking, authorities said.
The other dead were:
MRS. PAULINE K. DRIVER, 40, Hartwell, Ga.;
her daughter, MRS. JOYCE MOORE, 19;
and her son, GARLAND DRIVER, 12;
and WALTER RICHARD WHITE, 42, Iva, S.C.
