New Haven, CT Drowning, Jul 1849
John Conolly, a native of Ireland, formerly of this city, was drowned in New Haven, on Sunday morning, while in bathing, with a number of his shopmates, from the establishment of the New York and New Haven Rail Road. He was about 19 years of age. His remains were brought to this city for interment.
