BIG RIG CRASH KILLS 5, HURTS 4.

Fresno - Five farm workers were killed when their van went through a stop sign and was struck by a big rig at a rural intersection Wednesday afternoon, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Four other farm workers riding in the van were injured and were hospitalized in Fresno. The truck driver was treated but reportedly was able to walk away from the 2 p.m. accident.
CHP Officer Kelly Cardoza said the 70s-era van carrying the farm workers went through a stop sign without stopping.
